  • If you are a business user, and subject to the first paragraph of this section: (a) our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Site and these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to £100; and (b) you agree that these Terms set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities.
